Are there any additional charges for my order?

Items delivered from the French warehouse in France and Europe no VAT to pay.
For the other countries of the World we do not collect any tax.
In some countries, customs may collect taxes on certain product types, quantities and values.
It is up to you to find out about the provisions of your country.
The total cost of the order corresponds to the price of the products ordered and the delivery costs.

We accept payment by Credit Card, Twint and PayPal. Our store is completely secure with SSL encryption to protect your personal data.

What are the shipping times?

Our delivery times to Europe and Switzerland: 3 to 7 days
For the rest of the world the delivery time is 7 to 15 days.

Do you have a refund policy?

Absolutely! We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of items, which must be unworn and in new condition. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For more information, please see our refund policy!

Why haven't I received my order yet?

Sometimes international shipments can take longer than expected due to customs formalities. If your order has been shipped for more than 3 weeks, please contact us with your order number.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, once the order has been placed, we send you a confirmation email. You can then follow the status of the order on our website in the "Track my order" section.

Can I color human hair wigs?

YES! Human hair wigs can be colored even if the wig is already colored. The hair coloring process is easy, but it must be done with care so as not to damage the hair. It is recommended to do a test on a strand before a complete coloring of the wig.

How often should I wash my wig?

Most women choose to wash their wigs once a week.

Why is my wig hair getting tangled?

This may be due to very dry hair. Be sure to wash and condition your hair at least once every two weeks. If your hair is wavy or curly, we recommend styling it with a wide-toothed brush. Always style your hair starting at the ends and working upwards to the roots. When you sleep, please tie your hair with a rubber band or wear a cap, it will prevent tangling.

What size is the wig cap?

Our stock size is Standard ="Medium 22.5 inches". Inside the cap there are combs and adjustable straps. If you want to change the size of the cap for smaller or larger you can send us an email with the exact measurements. If you change the size of the cap you will have to wait between 4 to 7 additional days of our delivery times. A supplement of 15€ will be charged for the manufacture of the special size.

Do 360 wigs cover the whole head?

Yes! 360 frontal wigs provide coverage from the hairline to the nape of the neck, mimicking a real hairline all around the head.
