Can I request a small/large beanie?
Our stock size is Medium, either 22,5 inches, and we have the combs, elastics or adjustable straps inside.
For our full lace and lace frontal wigs the size cannot be changed.
For Closure Wigs, Bob, Custom Wig:
The small size is 21,5 inches, the large size is 23,5 inches.
If you opt for these special sizes, you will have to wait between 5 has 10 additional days. A supplement of 20€ you will be charged for making the special size.
For U-shape wigs: The cap size of the wigs cannot be changed, but the top of the wig is empty, which allows you to adjust the wig according to your head size.
If you want to request small/large cap, you need to know your own size and email us for your request.
Is your hair 100% human?
Yes we sell beautiful quality 100% natural human hair.
Are your wigs getting tangled and losing their hair?
It can happen because even with your real hair it happens. Please wash and moisturize your hair at least once a week.
If the hair is wavy or curly, we suggest combing it with your hands or with a wide toothbrush. Please always style the hair starting from the ends and working up.
When you sleep, tie your hair up with a rubber band or wear a cap. This will prevent the hair from getting tangled or changing shape.
Can I swim with a wig?
Yes, you can swim with the wig on. When swimming, we advise you to wear a swimming cap. Sea or swimming pool water is not good for the hair and will make it tangled and rough. We advise you to wear a swimming cap. It is best to wash them well and moisturize after swimming.
Can your wig be used without glue?
You can try using it with or without glue. There are people who don't use glue because our wigs have adjustable elastics and combs inside. So it stays very well fixed and does not move at all.
