Return and exchanges

For returns please contact us by email to contact@kentyns.com And tell us the reason for your return with your order number. We will then provide you with the shipping instructions. Returns without notice will not be authorized.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the items, in new condition in their original packaging with gifts. If 14 days have passed since then, we are unfortunately not able to offer you a refund or an exchange.

No refund or exchange for any article: worn or damaged, worn, washed, lace or cut hair, colorful, liquidation / destocking items, lost or stolen packages whose delivery was confirmed at the address indicated when ordering, or Bad delivery address.

The return and treatment costs will be fully at your expense and non -refundable. The specific costs vary according to the delivery company that you will choose as well as the customs duties of each country.

Immediately your return received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you of the approval or refusal of your reimbursement. If it is approved, your refund will be credited in your credit card or to your original payment method within 10 days. If you no longer use the original card, contact us in advance.

If you have not received a refund within 10 days after our confirmation, contact your credit card or bank company. It often takes a while for a refund to be issued.
