Our delivery times

We ship from Monday to Friday and you usually need 24 hours to process your order. Weekends and holidays are not working days. The delivery time begins from the shipping date and not the date of purchase.

Most orders are received within 2 - 7 working days in Europe and Switzerland, for the rest of the world between 7 - 20 days.

If the follow -up information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers and customs clearance procedures in the country of destination

If your package has been returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal the shipping costs will be retained and not reimbursed!
